The National Association of Home Builders is a trade association that helps promote the policies that make housing a national priority. Since 1942, NAHB has been serving its members, the housing industry, and the public at large. NAHB’s builder members will construct about 80 percent of the more than 1.84 million new housing units projected for 2005, making housing one of the largest engines of economic growth in the country. Chief among NAHB’s goals is providing and expanding opportunities for all consumers to have safe, decent and affordable housing. As “the voice of America’s housing industry,” NAHB helps promote policies that will keep housing a national priority.

Through participation in NSBIA, the diverse members of the building industry are united into a dynamic institution with the power and expertise to confront and obtain solutions to a multitude of building-related problems.  The North State BIA proudly represents 20 county areas including El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, and Yolo.
